Exclusive Opportunity! Our Presenting Sponsor will receive top billing on all event marketing materials including press releases, event website, social media, event program, e-mail newsletters and on signage at the event. Representatives from our Presenting Sponsor company will have the opportunity to propose a toast to winners/address our guests at the start of the event and present awards during the evening and will receive prime seating for up to 10 attendees ($1000 value) included in the sponsorship package. In addition, the Presenting Sponsor will have a 2-page spread in the event program.

In addition, our Cocktail Sponsor will have a full page ad in the event program, signage at the bar and the opportunity to pass out drink tokens to all attendees at registration. The Cocktail Sponsorship package includes up to 2 event tickets.

Our Gold Sponsors will receive recognition all event marketing materials including event website, social media, event program, e-mail newsletters and on signage at the event. In addition, the Gold Sponsors will have receive a half-page ad in the Event Program and up to 2 event tickets.

Attire
This is a dressy event; suits with or without ties for the men and dressy attire for the ladies is appropriate.
Transportation
The location of the event has been changed from the Marina to the Waterford Room at St. Clements Castle. There is plenty of free parking for the Waterford Room.
Accommodations
If you are looking for a room for the night, we suggest The Inn at Middletown or the Courtyard Hartford Cromwell. There is no room block reserved for this event.
