UCAC Scholarship Auction 2023
It’s back!! The 2023 Scholarship Auction will once again have a Casino theme with craps, roulette and blackjack!
You don’t want to miss this one! UCAC members, friends and family gather for this annual tradition – and an excellent opportunity to contribute to the mission of supporting students and workforce development.
The Scholarship Auction is an amazing event with top tier entertainment, a silent auction, live Auction, fun raffles, an abundant buffet, signature drink and always surprises. Many UCAC members invite their entire teams and their significant others to this event. All attendees will be treated to an amazing dinner, two drinks and $200 in “funny money” to use at the casino tables. UCAC has partnered with Handbid to allow electronic bidding, checkout, outbid notifications and more.
All proceeds from the live and silent auctions and the raffle go directly to the UCAC Scholarship Fund to help children of members and graduating trade school students fund their higher education, training and more! In 2023, UCAC awarded $20K in scholarships!

Souvenir Sponsor $1750
Exclusive Opportunity! Our Souvenir Sponsor will receive top billing on all Auction marketing including website, social media, emails, signage at the event, the Handbid app and PowerPoint. Your company logo, along with the UCAC logo, will be printed in double old fashioned glasses which will be distributed to all Auction guests and we will recognize your contribution from the stage during the event. You will receive extra souvenirs to share with your team and friends as well.
Technology Sponsor $1250
Exclusive Opportunity! UCAC is partnering with Handbid to allow digital bidding on all silent auction items via cell phone prior to and during the event. Our Technology Sponsor will receive recognition on all event marketing including website, emails, social marketing, signage at the event and from the podium plus special recognition on the auction platform.

Exclusive Opportunity! Our Auction Paddle sponsor will receive recognition on all Auction marketing including website, emails and social media as well as on signage at the event and recognition on the Handbid app. All Auction Paddles will be branded with your company’s logo.
Roulette Sponsor $750
